Our apprentice Lochlan "Lochie" Penberthy completed his apprenticeship in electro-technology on Thursday last week. 

Lochie has also gained his Certificate III in Electrotechnology-Electrician finishing up not only his apprenticeship but also his time at Graincorp - where Craig says he will be sorely missed. 

Mal Harders Lochie's Employment Consultant is proud as punch and says "It's been really good and a great achievement, as I started with him from day one. He was such a great apprentice and I always had rave reviews all the way through". 

Lochie is continuing his learning by taking on an Electrical Engineering degree at University of Southern Queensland.

"My apprenticeship gave me the practical side of it all and a headstart on the knowledge I will need for the course."

"After I complete it will so good to have the practical know-how and will provide an advantage against other graduates"

After asked how it was to work with Mal and the Company Lochie had this to say - 

"Working with Mal and The Apprenticeship Company was really good. Mal was always there and if you need something sorted out they will get straight on it."
