DGT's own Master Chef!

DGT are proud to welcome another qualified chef to our graduate list as Kaitlin Hollis completes her Certificate III Commercial Cookery.
Kaitlin completed her apprenticeship on the 30th of last month with her fantastic host employers the Burke and Wills hotel on Ruthven Street. Miss Hollis is pictured here with Jodie Spence her supervisor.
The company was so impressed with her work efforts that they have offered her continuing employment at the Stock Exchange Hotel.
Not only will Kaitlin begin as a qualified chef at her new home, she will also be taking her first apprentice under her wing!
This is what it is all about for us at DGT - seeing the cycle continued in order to perpetuate career opportunities for our young jobseekers!
