The Apprenticeship Company provides a broad range of services for schools and has a School Based Field Officer who specialises solely in school based programs for students and teachers. All our apprenticeship programs comply with the National Guidelines for Australian School-based Apprentices. Our services include:

• Class talks with qualified field officers
• Individually designed job ready programs for your school
• Mock interviews
• Organisation of work experience placements
• Worksite Workplace Health and Safety inspection prior to School-based apprentice/trainee (SAT) commencement
• Full induction for SAT and Parents including Workplace Health and Safety induction
• Regular checks on SAT’s wages and conditions to ensure Industrial Relations Legislation is adhered.
• Quarterly onsite visit for each SAT as minimum. This may often be exceeded to fulfill pastoral care duties
• Regular checks on SAT’s wages and conditions to ensure Industrial Relations Legislation is adhered.
• Quarterly progress reports for the School-based Coordinator for each apprentice/trainee including:
