• Can provide advice on interview techniques. 
• Provides full induction for new apprentices and trainees, including Workplace Health and Safety 
• Employs the apprentice or trainee 
• Monitors and supports the apprentice and trainee 
• Arranges all on and off the job training 
• Assists the placement of apprentices and trainees using government financial incentives 
• Provides a free service to the student and parent 
• Provides the apprentice or trainee with the opportunity to gain significant career experience while at school 
• Employs qualified specialist Field Officers 
• Assists the apprentice or trainee in gaining a nationally recognised qualification
